I'd be made up if that is our kit for next season.

Would 100% buy one of the red/white throwback kits. Seriously classic.

Check the 73 and 74 shirt.... may not have sponsors but that's how it looked like too. Reebok didn't design that by themselves, they also copied it from the 73 shirt.

All our best shirts are throw backs to the classics! 1970s and 80s!

The year I started supporting Liverpool was 1993-94 season.

I love that shirt - it's no where near our best but I loved it coz it was the first. Remember the adidas with the 3 stripes either side

Me an oldschool supporter, I like the simple ones, the real retro ones. Crown paints and Candy are the ones that I started asking for the kit. My first kit came from an uncle of mine who got me the 78 V-neck. Tight as shit now, but hey, it's in fashion them tight shirts, no? Also, bring back grey, our best seasons.

You'll never beat your first top! I know they have a retro line but anybody know where I can get a 93/94 shirt in an adult size as new?

Prob asking a bit too much but worth a go!

We finished 8th that year and did nothing in the cups so no glory associated with that shirt. Just my first.

95/96 was my first. Parents would never have bought me one so i had to save up myself.

I recommend the book Tops of the Kop by Peter Crilly if you like to reminisce about old shirts.

That was my first kit, I didn't like red so never got the red one til I was older and realised I did like red.

I'd love that Roma type kit.

Just hijacking this thread (slightly) as I'm not sure if many of you have had a look at the historical kits website before.
Ironic to see our original blue and white halved home shirt given that at the time the bitters were turning out in a dark red top. What it also brings to mind is that we have had some naff away shirts during the past quarter of a century. The awful beige effort from '96-'97 being just about the worst. It was so bad they couldn't even bring themselves to call it beige, tried to pass it off as being 'ecru'.

Here's the pages for our home and away kits

That's very cool. Thank you. Although this year's puke green is still jarring.

Is this a leak or a fan mock up?

My very first shirt, bought in Walton Vale, in about 1971, was a replica of the 1965 FA Cup shirt as that was the year of my birth! This new shirt, if genuine is a pleasant reminder and deffo on the to do list.

    I'm always sceptical of "leaks"

I just googled LFC 2017/18 kit and it came up.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was a mock up tho.

Cracking effort and fingers crossed either way tho.

Apparently there is an announcement this month about the new kit. No date mentioned yet tho.
