Going to be heart-breaking when Arsenal score in the 94th minute...
DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN!
Sigh. Just... sigh.
That goal had been coming for the last 10 minutes. Sunderland players look exhausted. Don't understand why Moyes didn't bring on fresh legs.
FFS, that was just horrible defence. One Sunderland defender just pointed at Ozil's run, no one covered it. Good riddance.
No they are not Wembley is the biggest pitch in GB
Borini switched off totally in that play. Someone once told me he is going to excite us fans..... useless piece of shit.
Midway through second half Borini panting away, the entire midfield of Sunderland just gave up. This is the team we had problems against? Damn the jokes....
If Sunderland take something from this match I will buy a kit of whoever scores the goal.
Only when the second one goes in, will I believe they won't fcuk it up! But important is that Sunderland don't completely capitulate.
Meh. It'll be much more fun to take them to the last day and dash their hopes then
Feck it arsenal score....
So a slight distraction...Fulham losing to reading, duble edge soward for me... If Fulham don't make it it improves our. Chances for their LB.. If they do make it... I get to see us play at 2 London stadiums which are walking distance for me..
Not directly linked to this thread..but just wanted It out there to warn you of drunken posts, potentially, from 2 games next season..
Wembley is 1 m wider than the UEFA standard 105 x 68, but it is not the biggest. The Riverside is the same size, weirdly the KCOM in Hull tops the list at 114 x 74, so quite a bit larger - 8436 m2 versus 7245 m2 at Wembley.
Cech should have seen red for that diverting of Monreal back pass.... damn it. I guess we will have to do it the hard way then. I hope Boro is as piss poor as these Black cats bunch....
Curse the day Sanchez signed for them undeserving fuckers, their fans deserve fuck all.
Of course they won't be as poor, but neither will we be.
I am off then, 21 wankers on the pitch there, excluding Pickford who is a great keeper.
We'll just have to beat the second worst team in the league, then.
Jordan Pickford: our second best keeper this season!
If it is true he let them lose this game he had better be careful as Silva the current Hull manager is Lurking... he is going to china to ask for money to get players but I cant see them giving him anything as he would only spend it on 6 foot 8 cloggers
Best thing is Boro's defense left with Karanka.
How many 10-0 defeats would blunderland have were it not for Pickford.
Thanks for that good info
Tell ya what, credit to YaYa. Guy was almost in Schweini-land at the beginning of the season. Used hard work to get his 34-year-old legs back in the squad.
Radio commentator tying himself in permutation knots. Dangerous when they do that and Arsenal and us are involved and it goes down to goals scored. At least he doesn't have MT as initials
'That nice Trevor Brooking' believes in us then. That's nice.
Interesting - Joao Mario's dad said last summer we wanted to sign his son. I think Brozovic was loosely linked with us as was Kondogbia (and less believably perisic) and we apparently made a loan offer January for Gabigol.....and no we all know who @Kopstar wants us to sign
Fuck yeah - get Icardi in. Can't believe there's so little noise about him being linked anywhere
Anyone relying on Sunderland to get anything is silly.
Koeman's in a bloody envious situation. European football guaranteed. If we lose out to Arsenal, no-one will be looking at his players' attitude in the game, it will be 100% our own fault. Everton fans will make some sort of heroic effort to show sympathy with their fellow EL mates, gentlemenly as they are. And fail. We'll have Koeman vs Klopp all year on Thursdays. Shit. We're not letting that happen.
Sounds like an inner ring of Danté's inferno.
