Gerrard for his second half performance. He's no defensive midfielder but his attitude as always was faultless.

Gerrard for me, led the team well and was where he needed to be at the right times

Also voted SG because he was better over the whole game overall. Moses was strangely the best in the first half though which was a nice surprise, may need him as a sub in the Derby.

Skrtel for me, he made loads of blocks, clearances and tackles and was gritty, did well.

Thought Stevie, Sturridge and Moses were decent aswell.

Sturridge for me. His class showed through during the second half and he finished his only clear-cut chance fantastically well.

Gerrard for me too.
Although it was "only" Bournemouth, and most of our team played at a canter, he showed several instances of urgency when tracking and covering.

Martin the martyr for me.

He's unbelievably committed and he's improving every time he's played in the last month or so.

For me Moses simply for the much better effort he put in.

Suarez simply because he created the 2 goals, it was either him or Gerrard for me today

Skrtel. Had a solid outing. We need him fit and strong for the next few months.

Reports saying Skrts played with staples in his head. Made my choice easier.

Without Suarez, we probably would have drawn it, so it's a pretty obvious choice to me. Gerrard was pretty bad for me.

Sturridge for me. Showed energy and creativity throughout the contest, and at both ends of the pitch.

Moses for me. First half was quality. Scored a goal too. He was our only threat in the Iraq half and clocked up some mazy runs. Can be a good player for us off the bench if he wants to be.
Glad to see no one voted for Henderson. People were giving him votes for getting a tackle in. He was poor yesterday.

Either Sturridge or Skrtel. Went for Martin myself.

Glad to see him getting some recognition, just because hes not scoring goals doesnt mean hes any less important than SaS.

Wish some other players had his intensity to come back from getting staples

It was between Moses, Gerrard and Skrtel for me, but Skrtel just shaded it.

Actually looked composed and solid today, especially from set pieces, where he has been notoriously weak. Perhaps the fact it was a Championship side exaggerated this, but he controlled the defense well yesterday.

Skrtel, for me. Rock solid performance and "headed" the ball after he had staples put in his head. That's commitment.....no thanks to Brad though for lobbing it in his direction when he could have just passed it out...

Anyone who plays for LFC with staples in his head demands to be the MOTM ;) Has it ever happened before? So impressed with Skrtel.Half man, half machine.
