Gerrard for me. Sublime through ball for the first, brilliant penalty and his celebration was pure ecstasy!!!!

I have gone for Stevie. I have not seen the whole match yet. But i do think i would still say him. He was involved big time in us winning the game. The crucial incidents involved him.

Captain Fantastic. Still the boss.

A wonderful through ball and a nerve-wrecking penalty confirms his total and utter CLASS.

Gerrard. You need your captain to stand up on nights like that.

Gerrard or Sturridge for me. Nobody played well in the first half, but they produced the moment that got us going and both played well in the second half. I thought Sturridge was our most lively player and the one who looked more likely to get the winner, and in many ways he did exactly that by earning the penalty.

Still though, Gerrard just edges it. HUGE last minute penalty and he kept his nerve.

Gerrard man of the match, honourable mention for Sturridge. Team responsibilities starting to be shared amongst four or five now and not on two.

I believe it was Gerrard, but voted for Coutinho to acknowledge his high quality performance. I'm sure that everyone else has SG. So I wanted to spread the love a little bit.

Toure vote....

We really need to take the anonymity out of this.

Gerrard, no question....

That Toure vote... taking sympathy vote to another level, really. Probably should also put a vote in for Brad Jones as well.

EDIT: Whoever it is that removed that vote for Toure... thanks.

Gerrard...had to be....turned the game round completely, utterly bossed it, great to see him play live tonight, really is a one off footballer, proud as fuck that he's a red, reckon he's gonna be a BIG player in the World Cup too, but for now, just happy he's ours...

Absolute fucking legend.

Gerrard commanded and controlled, and that pass was just pure skill and instinct. Had me laughing at the raw beauty of it. This week he was Liverpool, and the celebration told you the team and fans agreed.

I think stevie got jealous of all the attention Coutinho got for his to pass to Sturridge against Arsenal, and decided " I can do better ".
one of the most amazing passes you will ever see.
got to mention Luis, winning is so important to him, after Coutinho scored, brought the ball back and encourage everyone to win the match.

I think Toure got a vote for tackling the ref, should account for something...

Gerrard.
That pass to sturridge was sublime.
And when you need some one with nerves to take the spot kick at 90+ , you can always count on Gerrard.
