Now that they BELIEVE us, WHEN will we win the league?

Still hoping against hope that Burnley eke out a draw or, better yet, win at the Emptihad. That would mean we’d be champions by beating Palace on Wednesday and City having to form a guard of honour for us when we go there.
Yep, that would be better! My guess is we will win it there. Mind you, we have to improve... and I think we will!

Sooner the better! After legitimately being scared of null and void I’m just happy to see us back out there and able to win it on our own merit rather than through technicality, although we have been head and shoulders above everyone else this year.

Additionally, I figured in February if we’re gonna win the League I had better buy a shirt...then this whole thing kicked off...after a three-month wait, I did so last week. I have Virgil’s shirt from last year and while I debated a number of options for the name I went with Robbo on the back! He was wrong when he gave that kid Firmino’s shirt — someone bought the left-back’s shirt.;)

Home, away, against Everton or City - personally I didn’t really care until now but to become champions on the couch tomorrow night wouldn’t be that cool.

Would mean them giving us a guard of honour at their place. Without fans in the ground I think that might be the next best of the possibilities.

Hard to believe that we're actually almost there tonight folks. One single solitary result left to go after what feels like a fucking lifetime.
Not actually sure what i'm gonna do when it happens now. I suppose i need to go and see my 80 year old redfan mum first. The Reds have destroyed her nerves over the past years

I'd rather we win it as soon as possible, hopefully tomorrow night when they play Chelsea and possibly drop points.

It'll piss me off having a guard of honour after winning it at an empty Etihad stadium, knowing there's NOT 55,000 Man city supporting cunts stuck in the ground, making a show of themselves, either leaving the ground early in droves, booing us as we lift the trophy or just generally pissed off cos we won the title and rubbing their fucking noses in it,on their own patch.Lets save that for next season.

Are we nearly there yet! :) :D:LOL:
Shhhh! You'll jinx it!

I want to see this done and dusted but I would still prefer to see us do this under our own steam just to be able to point to the team and say that they were the lads that won it or even a particular player sealed it.

On the other hand, it would be really funny if City threw it away at Chelsea.

After 30 years waiting I'm at the stage where I'd be happy if we won it in a raffle but there's a big part of me that would like City to win tonight and it's not just because I had a cheeky flutter on Wolves to finish top 4 a few months back. I would like all the players and JK to be together at the moment we win it. I want to see the reactions. I think it'll be emotional, particularly for Klopp. When I heard him say that when people talked about 'null and void' he'd felt it 'physically' that cut me up a bit. It's been bad enough as a fan but for the players and JK to have that uncertainty and the thought that all that hard work (and it has been bloody hard work) may have been for nothing must have been terrible. They deserve their moment to celebrate it together.

Exactly my thought.

I wonder if the squad will watch together tonight. Maybe they meet at Melwood or something.
They were asked this question yesterday and no one had any concrete plans. Maybe they will decide today. But I get the feeling that they will just be at home.

There could be one huge party on the streets of Liverpool tonight, I just hope the media dont make it into a big thing and let it be. I'll be staying in, bottle of champagne is ready. Watching the season highlights all night long.

Jeez, as I write, I'm starting to feel even more that it will happen tonight.

I think it’d be hilarious, personally.

The irony of the Chelsea idiots still singing about denying us the title in 2014 (even though it wasn’t them) having to celebrate “winning” us the title now...
High fan turnover and / or short memories probably mean they could not be bothered less about that. We can fantasize about a few hundred decent fans of theirs getting a slight sense of justice being done, I suppose.

I'd refuse the citeh guard of honour as a stand against rancid fucking clubs.
I'd refuse the title if it was Chelsea who were to give us the GOH! As sure as eggs is eggs I would. Yeah that sure. Anyone got a can of egg powder left after the war?
