About all that can be said is that it was better than the Old Trafford game... just.

We were generally poor all over the field but Mo deserves a special mention. Just as he earns paeans of praise when he scores, he merits volumes of vitriol when he is as wasteful as he was this afternoon.

Virgil gets my MOTM vote- unflappable, as always. Alisson deserves a special mention for his fine save, too.

So bloody frustrating in every way. But before people get ripped into Klopp and the boys, please ponder what the commentator said....this us our 2nd best EVER points total at this stage of the season!

We’re up against a state sponsored oligarch club and therefore have to win every game. Makes it hard to enjoy but let’s see the bigger picture of our overall progress

Yeah well didn't lose the 1st place today, but vs Leicester, West Ham, a decimated utd and Everton we need more than 4 points, to challenge for the league.

This side has a great game then becomes enamored by its own reflection. That said, Salah had the match on his boots twice and bottled it.

Shit, Klopp no positive subs today, Matips runs with the ball caused them problems Keita should have come on, when has Lallana ever come up with a crucial assist or goal in the last 2 seasons. Went with battlers rather than class and we committed way too many fouls that played into their hands.

Yea. Not going to win it if we play like this.
Absolute wank.
Apart from VVD every fucking one of our players did nothing.
In city's hand . They can be 4 points ahead by the next time we play.

Everton played well, no surprise there given what they were playing for. Still in the hunt, win all our remaining games and I’m sure we’ll finish top. Onwards and upwards :)

Klopp got that wrong sub wise.
Why are seeing Lallana coming on in a must win game? Done nothing for 3 years.
Hendo was awful and should’ve come off as well.
Vvd Matip and Alisson were excellent. Rest were turd.
Out of our hands now.
We need city to slip up

I should stop (again) trying to predict those games.
Was totally way off the mark in 2/3 (Bayern and now this bitter lot).
But like eddie said, City will slip from time to time and we‘re going to punish them.

"I don't see City winning all their matches. They will have a harder run-ins than us. We are only one point away. Anything can happen. Are you on of those who turned off the tele at Istanbul during half time?"

Ok, now. Attack was shit, having Firmino didn't help even a bit. Over hit crosses, picking wrong passes and laboured to pick these fuckwits apart. Well, our 2019 slump continues I guess.

At the end of the season only the winner is remembered.

People don't care about sugar daddies or petro dollars.

Only the winner matters

The fact those bitter cunt fans are celebrating like is because they are fucking dogshit.

Pretty embarrassing to be fair, starting with the manager. Thought he bottled it completely by bring on Milner (who was woeful), he didnt go for the win, he just allowed us to keep banging a different head against the same brick wall.

Worrying signs that the belief isnt there, far too many players lost their heads and lost all sort of composure.

Some of the decision making was pathetic, it seems since Jan started if we don’t score early we struggle and start to panic.

Credit to Everton. They didn't let us settle on the ball at all. Commentators said at half time they would tire but they seemed to get stronger second half.

I never believed the usual prematch posters who said it would be an easy win.
