If ever there was a goal worthy of winning a cup tie, that was it. Absolutely stunning goal from Jones, so pleased for him.

Liverpool reserves dominated Everton just as well as our world champion team dominated Sheff Utd in the last match.

Elliott will be a star. Williams will be the first-choice backup for Trent very soon, if he isn't already. Jones, could be another cracker. Those three are my Motm choices.

Great game in the end, pleased we put Everton back in their box.

Liverpool and Liverpool reserves officially the two best teams on Merseyside :ROFLMAO:

Edit: goddammit @7th Earl...

Loved that game, showcased all our kids talents. I have to say Gomez and Adrian played well but gave all 3 of my votes to the kids who played brilliant. Jones, Williams and Larouci played well above the standard you would expect of kids that age. Everton are shocking btw but we made them look even worse

It was just enough senior talent to settle things. Adrian, Gomez, Lallana and Origi all played well; but the youngsters took that foundation and flew off of it. Utterly dominated in that second half. Those buildups were consistent, mature and irrepressible.

We were all over the place first half, they couldn't take advantage.

Magnificent second half, totally dominated the game.

Never change Everton. The gift that keeps on giving.

Gomez, Williams, Lallana and Jones were superb.
