Several thoughts after the game:

Huge win. Three consecutive PL games won by a margin of one goal. Few thoughts after the match:

1. Every Liverpool fan deserves free medication and medicine help before and after our matches.

2. Mane was fantastic, this season he looks and plays like a world class footballer. Scored a fantastic goal and won the penalty.

3. Milner - goal, assist and a complete midfield performance. I expect the same type of displays from Hendo and Gini, sadly lately they look too safe and negative in their approach, realying mostly of our front three.

4. Salah is injured. Honestly, I am not that type of a person, but I really would enjoy if someone beraks the legs of that ugly twat Hamza.
By the way Mo had a poor game, his passes were misplaced, his finishing also looked far away from his usuual quality. Hopefully he will be back for our next game. According to Maddock the injury was not as bad as expected, but later Dom King wrote that the medical staff will need to assess the injury and at the moment we can't be very positive.

5. TAA had a very good 1st half, but after the 70th minute he looked dead on his legs, but at the moment Gomez does not offer a solid option for Klopp. That is why you need real cover for our full backs.

6. Hats off to Lovren - what a game for the Croat. He absolutely nullified Vardy. VvD at fault for their goal, he let Maddison come from behind and score too easily /Adrian could and should do better/.

7. Firmino /played on the left for most of the game/, Fabinho, Robbo with decent match, but all of them tired after the 70th minute.

8. Origi looks like a very confident palyer at the moment and at the moment he deserves to start ahead of Salah. Divock hepled us twice this week, coming in a difficult situation and helping the team dominate and win. His solo attack lead to the penalty given by the referee.

9. Finally, compiments to Leicester and BR. The are a decent team, playing a good football. They sold Maguire for 80+ mln. pounds, but found way to improve. In Soyncu, Chilwell, Maddison, Ndidi, Tielemans - they have great young players with huge potential. They are realistic contenders for top 4 in current form and without European football their chances will be even better.

Particularly in light of the semi/full-blown implosions happening elsewhere, with regard to .9...

Mane MOTM all over the pitch. Needs a real song that man. The number of times where he was free of defenders in dangerous positions waiting for a pass from Mo or Bobby was astounding.

Big props to Lovren who showed no rust, 100% focused and got a good chance at goal.

Milner gets "most professional professional ever" trophy.

Solid performance for 95% of the game, 3 points, I'll gladly chip in for when Brendan raises Jurgen's rent next month. They can't touch this.

Do you have anything to back that up? The poseur remark is particularly strange.
Just look at him, you know enough with the ball at his feet. A decent goalkeeper should have saved that goal, his reaction time is hopeless, but enough of me about him Becker will be in goal against the mancs. (y)

Personally, I'd be happier to give Alisson a harder first game back than that. We won't be able to say anything about his match fitness if he faces no shots on target.

Nice work, Brendan, with the "dead leg or whatever" comment--stay classy.

“I don’t think it was an overly bad challenge. Mo Salahs coming inside in the speed he travels and Hamza’s coming back, there’s a clash of course. I’m not sure what it looks like, a dead leg or whatever."

Don't think Salah will play for Egypt the coming days hope he is fit for the match against the mancs. Don't know what you have to do in the PL to get a red when you play against Liverpool, bring a gun?

I liked how right at the end of the interview, when he says Man Utd will be difficult, there is a little grin. Just for a second.

Another fuck up from Adrian, hope I never see him in goal again. We won should have been 5-1.
Fuck’s sake, give over.

Alison will back after the internationals, and Adrian has been a great deputy in his absence. Everything you could expect from a second keeper.

It’s feeling a bit like a irrational vendetta, this.

Do you think Adrian should/could have scored 3?
Otherwise what did he fuck up?
He made a wonderful save from an offside header.
He’s great. Just what the club needs as a back up.

Dutch’s problem is that he isn’t as good as Alisson. Well, no he isn’t.

I think only the two Manc clubs have better deputies than us. Other than that, I can’t think of a better back up keeper in the league.

The poser comment is particularly weird.

The Leicester goal looks a bit weak but it's really close to the body of the keeper and low. (A Vardy special, isn't that?)

Yeah, a world class keeper probably saves it with his feet. But calling it a "fuck up" is just arguing backwards from a prior opinion. Dutch does the same thing with Matip. If these patients ran the asylum the constant churn of good players who just need time and coaching would have us back in mid-table where we used to be.

Don't give a fuck what you think on whatever subject.
