I love harry kane, not only is he selfish and dumb, but keeps a very talented lucas moura out of the squad.
I'm so relieved that Lucas moura didnt play as many mins he would have liked in both the games!
Lucas Moura was one of the player I'd hoped we would have signed, who was stagnating at PSG. He is a winger, not a striker though. Ericksen is the player who occupies that spot for Spurs, but it is criminal how Poch sets up their true #10 as a RW to shoehorn a completely anonymous Dele Alli into the match, who did absolutely fuck all between the two of them.

Always thought Moura was talented but didn't get the right manager to let him create space. Moved to Spurs on the cheap too. £12mil or something really low

We were ripe for the plucking after 90 seconds with 'Arry on the scoresheet. Did he get another shot in from the box in the following 89 minutes? Quality player though, apparently.

After reading your comment it got me thinking about who we've played so far. From 10 games we've beaten
Arsenal (h)
Chelsea (a)
Leicester (h)
Spurs(h)

And drawn with united(a)

To play those teams so early in the season and get the results we have has been a great boost for what comes over the next 28 games.
Its a very good point, 50% of our games have been against the top 6, whereas City its 10%. And yet we are 6 points clear.

I really don’t understand why Fab didn’t take a yellow in this game. He would then have been suspended for the Arsenal game that he won’t be playing anyway, and free to play Villa if necc.

This rule change occurred at the start of last season.
Yellow cards
In the past, any yellow card picked up in the Premier League, EFL, FA Cup or Carabao Cup would be totted up together. When a player received five yellow cards they would miss the next match, in whichever competition that may be. Reaching 10 yellow cards would see the player miss the next two games. And 15 would bring a three-game ban.

However, from this season yellow cards will only count in the competition they are received. And this has led to the following changes.
Premier League:
- One-match ban if five yellow cards received before 19 Premier League fixtures (Dec. 26 round)
- Further two-match ban if 10 yellow cards received before 32 fixtures (weekend of March 30)
- Further three-match ban if 15 yellows received (no fixture limit)

FA Cup and Carabao Cup:
- One match ban when two yellow cards have been received
- Cut off point will be the quarterfinals, so no player can miss the final through cumulative yellows

Red cards remain unchanged and a player would miss the following matches in any competition, so a dismissal in the Carabao Cup could still see a player miss a Premier League match, and vice versa

still taking immense joy at our right attitude "never give up ", until the final whistle
very proud of our lads with a lot of credit due to Klopp who has instilled a self belief confidence spirit into the team. seriously think that everybody in the sporting world (especially football) are very envious of not being "I am a Believer". ......correction " I'm a RED Believer" (and I ultra definitely do not mean the little red book kind)

Why isn't "I'm a Believer" (The Monkees) sung at Anfield - sort the words out a bit and it would be amazing!

It's no coincidence that he is the only player from the starting eleven that hasn't had a vote for MOM.
A bit late to the party, but color me your spoiler for the lone DL vote I just cast. :p;):giggle:
