I am surpeised they are only worth £3500 I thought that was the rrp of a normal iphone these days. ;-)
I doubt it, but thank you for the compliment. :well done:
I can see the Qatari or Emirate Sheikhs having one of them, they love all that bling. When I was in Qatar, the rage was having a gold plated car phone in your 4-wheel drive. It is abit tacky, but Apple are good at marketing aren't they.

still not tired of watching the game and all the relevant vids.,
been noted before by some posters, but that pass from Matip to Origi was supremely sublime. Origi having the presence of mind to get back onside,, and the players more or less jogging over to Origi to celebrate his winner. I think, that this is also a positive issue of Klopp, meaning being (keep) cool under pressure. I think he does try to drill into them, not to make rash decisions all the time, and rush things in difficult situations. But being human, they don't do it all the time.
sorry, need to end now to get me fix, ala....watch the game again and see more LFC vids.

I've often wondered this too because my gut feeling is it doesn't make a lot of difference to the outcome in most cases. It's more a case of it not feeling right. According to the Echo the last team to beat us at Anfield when we attacked the Kop End in the first half was Real Madrid in the CL 5 years ago.

I think it's definitely an advantage to attack the Kop End second half when we're up against it and really need the crowd to give us a lift. For example, all the famous European wins against Barca, St Etienne, Olympiakos and Dortmund etc came with us attacking the Kop End second half. I doubt those games pan out the same way otherwise.
Man City did it against us when we beat them 3-0 and 4-3 (Certain on this as I was there) didn't they?

Didn't work then... they drew the other one, maybe they should stick to that, I do think in big European nights it can work it's magic in a second leg, but Anfield in general on big European nights is a 12th man.

Just realized that our last 3 goals in CL finals, apart from Mo's penalty, were assisted by our CB's. Agger in Athens, Lovren in Kiev and Matip in Madrid.

:)
Haha, A in A, M in M and Lovren trailed a pace.

Not sure if this is revealed video above, but apologies if it is.

I am truly astonished that there were so many supporters around the World who watched this. I knew the main countries in Asia which had strong support like India, Pakistan, Malaysia, Hong Kong,
and Indonesia, but was surprised that far flung places in Mongolia, Nepal,( isn't that Cardiffpete's 2nd home:J), Iraq, Lebanon, Costa Rica, Ghana, Iran, Rwanda, Maldives, Mauritius, I mean, flipping heck. I am so proud of our club representatives to go out there and show what our club is all about. We will need to have LFC consulates in these places next.
Now that, dear lady, is bloody marvelous :)

It doesn't matter how many times I get to watch some clips here and there on Hendo lifting the cup (thanks Livvy posting the video in the LFC Video thread), I am getting goosebumps and that indescribable sense of pride for Klopp, Hendo and co all over again.

Anyone have any suggestions for a sound byte to use as a new ringtone from either this match, or the Barca one? I have had Gerrard's Olympiakos goal as my ring tone for a good long while now, and I think maybe it is time for something new, explosive, and probably involving Origi (name sort of sounds like a good ring tone).

The LFC TV commentary on the corner v Barcelona is fucking epic

‘Let’s talk about six’

Correctly timed wouldn’t be too inappropriate

Knotty Ash Aeronautics (KNASHA) are sending a probe to the outer reaches of Lancastrian airspace on the hunt for intelligent life with the best recording of that game etched into a gold disc. So if you're an sq fetishist, you might want to negotiate with them.

I am wondering. You know Old Big Ears. Does the club keep the cup at Anfield for the year?
Does the Cup travel with the squad in the pre-season tour ?
