Fully deserved win for Napoli. They created the full 100% of the chances, hit the crossbar and finally found a way through after the umpteenth mistake in midfield from our lads.

It would have been a travesty had we taken something from this game. In my book, this game goes down by far and away as the worst witnessed since Klopp came in. A game to forget, and quickly.

We move on. Three days to go before City. Who knows which team Klopp will select for that one.

Bloody hell, where did our team go. Eh, lads, you don't win matches if a) you don't pass the ball to someone you know and b) can't be arsed trying to get the ball back when you don't have it. Worst performance in a long long time.

I wonder how long we'll go with this front three before maybe shaking it up a bit. Midfield was equally bad but they were awful and Mo in particular had an awful touch. Just a brutal game and the worst performance in recent memory.

My friend hasn't watched and asked me to find a reply stream and email it to him...debating whether I just tell him the result and not to bother, that was a truly frustrating 2 hours of my life.

Napoli fully deserve their win, better in every single department.

Klopp dropped the ball badly here, fatigue is hitting and we have a huge game Saturday. Bad game management, bad substitutions.. Why only use two? Why only use the 2nd in the 86th minute. Half the team look fucked 2nd to everything.

This result was coming, it has been for a few games now as we’ve not played well. Our front line is completely off form, he overplays the same midfield 3 which is creating nothing, and our fullbacks such potent attacking forces look spent.

Time to earn your money Herr Klopp as we are not playing well.

Overplaying Milner in every game after he put in some stellar performances, the guy looks dead on his feet.

Failure to integrate Fabinho or Keita into the midfield has been a massive problem by the looks of it and we've finally paid for it.

You can't expect Milner, Gini and Hendo to continue that relentless press against such high quality opposition game after game.

With our front three clearly way off form, the cracks are showing.

Klopp should be slammed for this performance. From minute 1 it was fucking atrocious. Does anyone know what our gameplan was? We had no intent on attack, gave the ball away at the back and every player put in their worst performance yet (Saying something for Mo and Mane because they've been bad enough they shouldn't even be starting at the moment).

Klopps in game management was disgraceful of a top level coach. Didn't try anything new, didn't mix up his subs. It was so predictable. Who waits until the 74th and 87th minute to make changes when you're being so badly outplayed?

That really was an embarrassing performance. City will murder us at the week if we play even remotely close to that.

Absolutely shocking performance, needed a kick up the arse and someone to grab the game by the balls and it didn't come. Mane slowing the play down time after time and running into traffic and Salah's confidence is on the floor

Truly awful all around from midfield to wing-backs to manager.....all truly dreadful. Why not bring in CLyne and give Trent a rest away from home. Salah is in no form...start Shaqiri, bring Salah on for the last 20 minutes when their defenders are tired. Daniel Sturridge is on form , give him more than 5 minutes. Just truly awful management all around. A lot of leggy players who weren't helped by the manager.
