Just a couple of weeks ago Guardiola was bleating on about something Scudamore said in their 100 point season. Basically he let himself down and his words just seemed so small. He sounded like one of the patrons of Blue Moon, not the manager. Pep has got form for being a bit snide in his comments sometimes... which makes me all the happier that Klopp is our man.
Exactly. Instead of just being gracious and recognising our almost miraculous run this season he had to let his obsession with our club come to the fore with his petty comments.
He's a fucking bell-end and he and Abu Dhabi were made for each other.

love looking at the league table and all the more happy because manure are well below us. not ashamed to admit that I love it so much, that whatever football website I am looking at, I take a nice long gander at the table, even in the German, French, Dutch and Spanish football websites.

Been away for a romantic Valentine’s weekend break and haven’t had a chance to watch the match, so no write-up from me on this one.

Judging by the highlights on MOTD, Alisson’s save was out of this world (the patience and timing were unreal); VVD was rugby tackled and we should have had a penalty; the goal was world class (Henderson’s floated pass and Mane’s movement, control and finish).

Speaking of MOTD: what a twat Danny Murphy is. His defence of Manchester City was laughable. You could see that Chris Sutton was trying very hard not to deck him.

Also on the subject of MOTD: what was with the matching shoes?

MOTM: Raymond Blanc. Le Manoir is simply spectacular- accommodation, food, service... everything. If you ever get the chance, go.

The defender lost his balance and went down too easily:
The goal stands!!!
Probably not spoken of enough, but how good is Mane's weaker foot. Not the first time he has generated such technique and power from it, the city goal, Bayern and arsenal one comes to my mind.

He's got an amazing winning mentality as well. From the finals against Madrid where he wasn't giving up despite the situation, to every game the last two seasons where he just manages to get these crucial goals. Gem of a player.

Does he have a weak foot? Or head? Or toe? Or knee? He is just fucking immense.

Missed the game, so didn't comment until now. But one thing stands out: once again, the lads win their game, despite of difficult conditions, not being in the best condition after the break, and an opposing team fighting with all what they have.

These lads are extraordinary. I can't find a better word for it.

She has warned me though, no liverpool kit during the wedding. what a bummer!!
Get a little concession from her.

having problems with our internet connection so I missed the match, I managed to catch the full match later on that night. I thought we played ok in the first half but we were sluggish and some of our passing was woeful. Second half we did up our game, but it took the sublime Mane to be our hero. Cracking ball from Capt Hendo who was my MOTM, and then Mane did his thing! A cracking goal! Alisson saved us in the first half, he is immense! Best Liverpool keeper ever! He loves clean sheets doesn't he?! 10 clean sheets from 11 me thinks.

Another win.
Another clean sheet.
Another step closer to the title.

I am so proud of this team, manager, coaching and medical staff, and everyone involved with this magnificent football club!

In Klopp we trust!!!

I worry for Sadio's right knee. As a knee specialist, I would advise not landing with your full body weight on one leg and in landing try to push against the direction of fall. The compression on both sets of meniscus is too high. Don't do that again Sadio, you naughty boy!

A little late to the party aren't you?
It was already done and dusted on 31st May 2019.
In case you are not aware or have forgotten, as defending champion, we are already assured of UCL2020.
@Icedagger was right. Winning the Champions League last season (18/19) meant we automatically qualified as a top seed for the CL this season (19/20), being the one immediately following that CL win. It didn't (/couldn't) give us automatic qualification for the 20/21 season. We've now qualified for that in record time by virtue of our guaranteed league position, as @Icedagger noted, correctly.
