How disappointing was that?

Overall, the team lacked the desire and the drive to go out there and run over them like they should have. However, in all honesty those 2 points are on Toure. Absolutely horrible decision making.

One thing I've noticed though is Rodger's inability to motivate the team from the dugout. Ferguson was always very vocal. Shouting at the top of his voice motivating his players and pushing them forward. That's something Rodgers should look to do. Get the urgency back in the players.

Once again, we were unable to capitalize on the results of our competitors.

Take it away lads.

The only good thing is we are still 4th. Boring game with no urgency.Crap defending.

2 points dropped but 3 points not deserved. Away draw, and on the positive side, one gained over United.

Expect to see some avatars change today. Shocker from Kolo. The sooner we can get him out of the first team the better.

Otherwise unlucky... Suarez should've put that away but what can you do. We'll need to get a result from Arsenal now...

Disgusting performance. West Brom were truly average, they were there for the taking. Two points dropped. No real urgency, complacency throughout the team. Chances not taken. But Toure, take a look at yourself, you've cost us two points with a needless and mindless pass. Unbelievable.

Someone show the back 4 how to pass or clear the effing ball. Very dissapointing from every player apart from Sterling. I feel like slapping each one of the squad with a fucking cactus !

that could very well define our season .... still cant take advantage of other results ... they played like they could just stroll around and WBA would lay down ... lose to Arsenal and good bye 4th

Fair result really. We were shit and they are not particularly talented.

despite the villa drubbing, that's not the easiest place to go, and we look tired, and if ever a game highlighted the weakness of the bench.

please come back sakho.

So fucked off, I think we have a issue when we could open up a gap. We always fuck up...... I think we will be 6th next week. Fucked it up and only ourselves to blame.

Sure we don't need an attacking left winger off the bench we need a left back. Clowns.

Massive disappointment, after seeing rivals drop points yesterday, was really expecting us to be up for this game and close the gap at the top, but just didnt happen, even from the opening couple of minutes there was a sense it was going to be one of those days.

For anyone who didnt feel we needed signings in January, there you have it.

We took WBA for granted today. They pressed hard and worked hard.

Toure's mistake has inevitably cost us today. Once they scored we backed off and they had the best chances from then on in and we didn't create anything.

Suarez and Sturridge both a bit off today. Sterling was fantastic.

We are really missing Agger or Sakho at the moment. They're both comfortable with carrying the ball forward which neither Toure Skrtel are good at. Aly had an average game.

Guess for some it will be knee jerk time - Ayre this, BR that etc etc. Personally, this is just a minor set back, but we're still 4th and Everton are back a point behind us.

Little energy, little motivation. Post EFC, pre-Aresenal let down. Disappointing.

We'll if Suarez had put his megachance away we'd still have won.

We had no midfieldcontrol in the second half....... and therefore our forwards didn't get the ball.

2 midfielders only work when we stand deep and defend as a unit to attack on counters.

I disagree that the mistake was characteristic of Kolo - he isn't a spectacular defender, but he gets the basics right.

Anyway, it feels churlish grumbling about an away point, but that was a big opportunity to open up a lead. It puts more pressure on the fixtures that we might feel are a bit harder than this one.

Sterling was the man of the match, followed closely by Gerrard.
