Amazing play by Liverpool here....

So much for all the Brendan doesn't know what he's doing nonsense.

This is brilliant football we are playing here.
I think that's a bit rose tinted tbh

Defence is still a mess and are being walked through the midfield areas

Attacking its really promising at times though a few wasted chances

It's standard Rodgers fare really. Good bits mixed in with obvious weaknesses. It's not that brilliant, it's just, well, watchable for general entertainment and heart in mouth value. Reminds me of Roy Evans tbh but sides are a bit more organised these days so its not enough for top 4 level yet

Excellent save, has been back on good form for a while now, be gutted to see him go if he does.

Shelvey always seems frustrated when he gets these rare appearances these days like he is determined to do something awesome to prove he's good enough. Regular appearances and a bit of faith will take him a long way next season on loan somewhere.

Good effort that from Borini, unlucky...

Second one was a bit disappointing though, Sturridge laid it on a plate

I seriously hope Brendan`s gonna have a chat with Sturridge about those misses. His selfishness is gonna cost us.
I was happy to give him a bit of time to work off the rust. Excellent try by Borini, starting to impress but needs more game time

No mate.

Read this forum back. He's taken grief & unnecessarily so.

Maybe we should give credit where it's due from time to time.

If there are any Liverpool fans that are not happy with this style of football, I'll tell you Brendan Rodgers will NEVER win over the waverers.

But I don't care about them - I am well happy with this football we are playing.

Steady, decent progress.

Henderson didn't even look before making that pass. Bone-headed play there. He should come off but I know he won't.

Coady on for Henderson please.
