The TSN post-game just had a devastating graphic. Players Klopp has bought in the past three years, in a formation versus players Mourinho has bought in the same time period, basically the same value (forget net for a while). I wish I had taken a screenshot.
What makes it devastating is how many of the Klopp players were on the field, to hypothetically face a ManU side anchored by a Pogba-Fred midfield.
Context for Klopp on 70 minutes must have been pretty threatening, but trust the Shaq! This was the final piece of evidence if he needed it, that he's got the magic touch with the wee fellah. Klopp gets 10/10 today and MgrOTM at least.

Let's talk how good Liverpool are though, magnificent. It's a two-horse race for me - Liverpool and Man City.
They had a great win in midweek. They've been energetic and dynamic. They've got a plan, they've got an idea, they've got a system.
Liverpool and City are on a different planet, they're a bit like Messi and Ronaldo.
When you have a player who has played so little over the past 2 years and has a large contingent of the fan base who actively wants him out, and then he is called back into action out of necessity...and he plays like that? You know you have something good going on at the club.
Different circumstances, but it was akin to the immaculate performance Hyypia put in against this lot after getting a last minute call up for the 4-1 game (I think).
