Not sure what Aspas is gonna do in stoppage time but whatever...opportunity for a standing ovation I suppose

That will give Raheem a big boost, great night, just how good is our Genius, we have to keep him whatever it takes.

Why bring Aspas on now??
What a player we have here. Hope we can keep him. Bit more quality around him and we would have a real side.
A 30 second run out for Aspas.

He was literally on for less than a minute or so. I just... there are no words.

91st Minute and Aspas comes on? POINTLESS and stupid in equal measures.
Not pointless or stupid as it gives the ground a chance to applaud Suarez off. And boy he's earned it.

5-1. The Luis Suarez show

But a nice goal from sterling as well

Not much from the summer boys and not a great deal of creativity in terms of subs but today it will inevitably be overshadowed by that performance by Suarez

Might have woken up a vulture or two but maybe del with that when the time comes

What technique by Raheem! Talk about proving that he is worth investing in...
bit of a sitter from 8 yds...but Allen proved not all that easy ;)

Does nothing for Aspas' confidence though as a fringe player.

It's my biggest beef with Rodgers. For whatever reason, he seems to not see any value in substitutions besides to overturn a losing result.

At this rate, when the likes of Coutinho/Gerrard get injured again, their replacements will take time to get used to playing games again, and we'll see an acclimatization problem in the team as seen against Hull.

I'm starting to think Suarez is the 2nd best player on the planet. Anyone else agree?

It's just so Suarez can get a standing ovation.
If i was Aspas, i'd be asking why i was bought in the summer as an applause sub....
