I really hope we smash em, the hate we getting from their fans and disrespect has touched my nerves. Time to give them the Reds treatment. I still can not believe their fans moaning about playing our kids in a PL game when we went to Qatar and opposing the postponement. Freakin' Beggars hope they get relegated.

Right, back to the main objective, no messing around, no fuck up’s, get out there and put West Ham to the sword! Just get the 3 points.
The rest of the country revelled in what happened on Sunday and will be hoping the Shrewsbury game has got inside the players heads. We can’t let that happen.
Fuck em all and fuck the chairman of Accrington Stanley!!

Hopefully the memories of the Shrewsbury shitshow will soon fade away as we really should win this. The Moyes bounce hasn't lasted very long. They were tonked by Leicester. Lost to West Brom in the Cup. They won't go down but that will only be on the basis that they are less shit than at least 3 other teams.

Mane's injury makes the selection interesting because I'm not sure that either Origi or Minamino did enough at Shrewsbury to earn a starting place here. I think there's a good chance that JK will do what he sometimes does, and we don't like, and put Ox out wide. I also think Keita might have a role here. If we hadn't been put in the embarassing position of having to use Mo and Bobby against Shrewsbury then I reckon he'd have got on there and then started this one. Might still do. Fabinho is probably in the doghouse after his non-performance on Sunday so I'm expecting him to be on the bench.

It should be straightforward. One good thing about Shrewsbury is that it was a reminder that nothing is certain in football so it should help focus our minds on this one.

Just discovered I’m going to miss this game as ‘er indoors, in her infinite wisdom, has booked a table for a meal out without asking my plans.

Women...
As they say 'you can't organise with them and you can't organise without them'. At least in the second scenario you can change your plans at the last minute. ;)

Mate, you’ll have a ball, this way you get to sit there and pay ten times as much for a pasta than if your wife cooked it herself, and sit there and listen to her opinions and emotions on a wide range of things without the distractions of everyday life.

A real good hour and a half just to focus on what’s important to your life partner......with nothing, absolutely nothing to stop her talking to you......

That’s gotta be better than watching yet another game of football? Surely?

Jurgen and his staff will know the personnel, formation and tactics to see us through in this encounter against the ammers.

I'll be following this game on "Live Scores" and through this forum, as I'll be sat somewhere in Manchester waiting for Mrs CDO and our Grand-Daughter who going to Citoil's game.

I’m just excited to be there. How good is it being a fan in the away section?
Seems to depend a lot on the game and the mood of the fans on the day. Sometimes In London this year we have been strangely subdued (Tottenham), other games (palace) it’s been amazing. I think these big echoey super stadiums (West Ham, spurs, Emirates) don’t help the atmosphere much. Too far from the home fans. The old Upton Park was much better.
Still at least you got a ticket. I hope it’s a cracking game.

If Origi isn't good enough for this situation I don't know what he's doing at the club. Put him on the left, otherwise as you were.
Time for Shaq to step up.....wait, he just tried and got injured again!

This would be a great game for Shaq to fill in for Mane but I assume he's still out unfortunately. I'd say Ox should probably play up front then with maybe Lallana coming into the midfield if he's healthy.

Once we have a bit of a cushion, bring in Fabhino and Minamino to get some more minutes in.

They've made 5 changes at half time in their last 2 games. Moyes is aimless.

Emailed my mate whom Im going with - he is west ham season ticket holder.

Me: Mane out tomorrow. Gutted.

Him: We have Snodgrass out, Wilshere out, Yarmolenko out, Fredricks out, Anderson out, Massuaku out, Fabianski out.
So I don't think Mane not playing will have much of an influence when we missing 7 first team players... plus we're utter shit.

[/QUOTE...if we we're playing Acc Stanley, would their chair like us to play the 1st team or the young ones, if they were at 2:2.

Moyes says Fabianski has trained in the last few days and could return. He's also hopeful that Snodgrass will be ready to be involved.

As for us without Mane... we'll see. In this game I think we might go 4-3-3 with Origi against their weaker right side of defence/team.

Then against Southampton, it wouldn't surprise me to see us maybe switch to 4-4-1-1 and Origi on the bench. Or maybe someone like Ox playing there (even if he wasn't great playing as the forward in a 3). I think against Saints we might need more footballing stuff, being clever, compact, ready for a fight, similar to the game(s) against Wolves lately, especially the second one. Bobby to cause real issues trying to receive behind Ward-Prowse and Hojbjerg. Thing is, when we do play 4-4-1-1, Mane still does a brilliant job on the left and he's out. But we have people like Ox fit, who played well recently but maybe didn't have the legs for 90 minutes, more like an hour or so. Fabinho and Keita are back, Gini can also potentially play slightly on the sides in a compact formation. I just don't think it will be as straightforward that now Origi gets two starts/full games in a row, he will still have to merit it because with him playing (either starting or coming off the bench, but especially the former), it could be pretty hot and cold from time to time. I don't feel comfortable enough yet with him getting a run in the team, I want more consistency.

But one game at a time, by the team we face Southampton we might have more information after tomorrow night. Important two league games to end another little period ahead of our break before we go again.

If you say 'Moyes is aimless' very fast over and over again for two minutes, two things happen: first it starts to sound like 'Noisy neighbours' and second you get stared at very suspiciously in the U-Bahn.
