If true, City have been given a pretty tricky opening fixture.
That is probably likely, did a few years back, the leak is a lie as the TV companies only confirm their choices about 2-3 weeks after.Pretty sure I’ve seen somewhere as well that the season is kicking off on the Friday night as well?!?
I think it's a Monday night game.First game of the season v Norwich 20.00, 9 August 2019
Man United v Chelsea probably the biggest game of the opening weekend.
We did ok when we had to go through CL qualifications 2 years ago.Community Shield - LFC v Man City - 4 August
PL - #LFC v Norwich - 9 August
European Super Cup - #LFC v Chelsea - 14 August
PL - Southampton v #LFC - 17 August
PL - #LFC v Arsenal - 24 August
PL - Burnley v #LFC - 31 August
At this rate our players will be burnt out by end September.
Yep, pretty sure we'll see another 22 points improvement. I'll be concerned if our rate of progress starts to show signs of dropping off.It doesn't matter when we play the opposition
I am expecting a minimum of 114 points next season.
Anything else will be a failure.
