*The 3-2 win over West Ham means Liverpool have beaten Man Citys record of 20 consecutive home wins in the Premier League
*The win also improved the Premier League record for most points over 38 consecutive Premier League games, from 108 to 110 points. That's 110 out of a possible 114! Only two teams that have taken points off Liverpool over the past 38 games are incidentally Man Utd (A) and Everton (A)

I read that after the Bournemouth win last week, Jurgen has overtaken fergies percentage win ratio for premier league games. He’s still behind Guardiola and conte I think.

But he’s top, when it comes to overall percentage of winning or drawing! And also has the lowest loss percentage.

Some hidden records being broken!

110/114 is wrong. We’ve already dropped seven points this season.

No, its not. As it states, its over 38 consecutive Premier League games. No other team has ever managed anywhere close to 110/114 points over 38 consecutive Premier League games.

This is Premier League records, not season 2019/20 records only. Which also explains how we have 23 consecutive home wins. Thats not possible in one season, which is limited to 19 home games.

But it isn’t our current run. Or is it not meant to be?

I encourage you to read the opening post. I "indentified the records Liverpool might break this season". Coming off a strong end to last season, this season gave us the chance to beat several records.

Some are beaten and done (the record we are now talking about). The records broken and still going is underlined by "and counting" after.

Thanks for doing this - great thread.

I read somewhere that we’ve equalled different number of goal scorers in a season too - may need to research this.

We are also the 1st premier league champions to be European and world champions at same time.

Looks like we will get most number of guard of honours too!

Loving it!

Did we have a guard of honour yesterday, I had a ritual of tuning in just after the game kicks off, I've missed the total sum of one goal by doing that, anyhow I didn't on Thursday and look what happened so I went back to the ritual last night.

Yeah Villa gave us a guard of honour, they showed a bit more respect doing it than Man City did with there pathetic limp attempt.
