Fields of Anfield Road, closely followed by Poor Scouser Tommy.

Personally think that player chants should be shelved when the player leaves or departs, which includes the Gerrard song, Luis Garcia, the Torres bounce (the best player song we've had) and any others.
Yeah. I wouldn't say shelved completely, but the Garcia song has been song far too many times for me, when we could be singing about the players actually on the pitch.

For club songs - Every Other Saturday and Poor Scouser Tommy are great songs. FOAR, Poetry in Motion, We shall not be moved are all classics too, with the benefit of the fact they can be sang fucking loud. The spine tingling moments come in these aggressive songs when the whole crowd is up for it, whether you're in the stands or watching on TV you can feel the energy.

Bring on and the 'Rotterdam' songs are great on European nights, too.

Player songs - soft spot for the Maxi chant. Spent countless drunken nights out chanting that with mates. Torres bounce was class. Si Senor sounds amazing when everybody joins in, another that can get extremely loud.

Blame it on Traore the clear winner, though.

"Fields of Anfield Road" for me.
What really makes me laugh is that Everton have the Z cars theme as instrumental music, and don't sing any chant based on the underlying folksong 'Johnny Todd'. Lack of much to crow about I suppose.
“Johnny Todd, he took a notion, for to sail the ocean wide”.

Allez Allez Allez for me. It has become an anthem. It's bigger than a player, it tips its hat to important managers in our history, and it reinforces our success, both historic and current. If anything, I could see a second verse of Allez being written, as we are in a period right now where we are adding some more incredible feats and trophies to the pile.

Loads of great songs though. I loved going to watch Liverpool with my lad earlier in the summer in a preseason friendly, and we learned the songs together online and then joined the fan zone with Jamie Webster to sing our hearts out.

Poor Scouser Tommy and Fields of Anfield Rd both have great depth, and seem more hymn-like. And I love how we celebrate individual players with clever songs and ditties. We sang Virgil Van Dijk and Si Señor over the weekend. It's a special club.

But overall, Allez Allez Allez for me.

Ongoing: FOAR

Past: I would say Maxi Rodriguez song to the tune of 'Heartbeat'. One of the rare highlights during a pretty dark period (especilly when he hit that hattrick at Fulham)

You know what happens though in that song? He survives the foreign war and when he comes back to the 'Liverpool sands' his bird is someone else's. Someone who lives across Stanley Park!!!

I do feel a bit sorry for Mane that he doesn't have a recognisable song. He's been our best attacking player for 12 months now.

He has got a song. The one we sing to the Archie’s “Sugar, Sugar”.

Haven't heard this one in a while,
shame, as its a classic........

she loves you yeah, yeah, yeah....
I used to love the Beatles and it is the year I started supporting Liverpool brilliant crowds in fact slowly but surely JK is responsible for bringing back that cohesion between the fans and the players. I would prefer EEEYE eyedio to be sang if we win the league instead of we are the champions by queen Then follow it up with WE love You yeah yeah yeah.

Anything, literally anything could be played if we win the league and it will still sound fantastic from our throats in the state we'll be in. I could even singalong to Queen

For me it's got to be Poor Scouser Tommy, if only because no other club has a song that's anything like it. When I hear it I can imagine the first line being sung by a lone voice on the Kop and by the end 20,000 are singing it. Rousing stuff.

FOAR would be next even though I've never sung it at Anfield!

Can’t believe the Louis Garcia sing has not had a single vote. How quickly we forget.

The thing is that we have just far too many boss songs. There are just too many to pick one. I went for “Every other Saturday”. But it could so easily have been “Allez, Allez,Allez”, “Bring on Internazionalè”, “Luis Garcia” or any one of dozens more. I used to love “Allez les Rouges” we sang around the time we played St Etienne in the seventies. Also “We’re on our way to Roma” from that era.
I wonder if all of our songs are catalogued somewhere?

I have nothing against Queen as a matter of fact I love them I have seen the film but as someone else said the old tunes still strike a chord like Poor Scouser Tommy and Fields of Anfield road. The new tunes developed with the success of the Klopp era are spine tingling too.

I wonder if somebody will write a book with the words of all the songs written to date or a video?

"Si Senor" and "The Scouser in our team" have really grown on me, no. 1 Christmas hits for me, hopefully that extends to New Year. Also, I found it interesting yesterday to hear "Oh, Come, All Ye Faithfull", I don't think I've ever heard it sung by our fans, it's quite an old song, if I'm not mistaken.
